viewfinder, the lower-league viewing guide: 3/19

Now that we have the joyous problem on our hands known as “too much soccer to keep up with”, we at smallworld figure it’s time to put out a weekly edition of what we’re calling viewfinder.

Essentially, it’ll serve as your guide to watching the best lower-league American soccer on offer each weekend. It’ll come out on Friday afternoons, just in time for you to plan around the matches you want to see!

Each match will be complete with background info, team stats to date, our prediction, and of course, where/when you can tune in for yourself.

We’re hoping this both motivates more people to watch lower-league matches during the season and makes it easier for you to do so!

Without further ado, let’s hop in and see what’s on tap.

danny kotula is an aspiring sports writer and play-by-play commentator. unfortunately, he is not good at either one. his interests include watching soccer and listening to obscure music genres, and those aren’t even his most boring ones. he was born in Tacoma, Washington but has called South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Texas, California, Georgia, and Costa Rica home over the course of his life. he generally knows where to put a comma, which is by far his most redeeming quality. he is writing this in third person as if he were famous enough for someone to write him a biography, but don’t be fooled. he’s not famous.
